The project was not merely an upgrade of the existing information system, but an important step in the company’s broader business transformation. By implementing the solution within the RISE with SAP model, POLYCOM has created a modern, integrated and sustainable foundation for future business development, smart manufacturing and data-driven decision-making.

A particularly important aspect of the project is the connection between serial production and tooling projects, where accurate monitoring of costs, deadlines, capacities and material flows is essential for efficient business execution.
The established solution enables POLYCOM to achieve greater traceability, improved process control, faster decision-making and the gradual introduction of further improvements based on business needs.
The project was carried out in close cooperation between the POLYCOM and PROCESSI teams. PROCESSI contributed many years of experience from manufacturing environments and helped connect SAP technology with POLYCOM’s specific business requirements.
